These services may be provided, depending on the nature of each product, under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model or any other technical model determined by the Company.

Walan Technology's services, including Easy ERP, Walan Retail, and Walan Gold, and any other products or solutions provided by the Company now or in the future, are offered under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model depending on the nature of the product. These services may rely on shared technical infrastructure, databases, and systems through which the data of multiple clients is stored and processed, with appropriate technical and organizational controls applied to isolate client data and prevent unauthorized access to it.
The client's use of or subscription to the service does not entitle it to any right to access, copy, or review the structure, schemas, tables, relationships, keys, internal identifiers, or any other components of the shared database or the platform's technical infrastructure.
The client is not entitled to request or obtain a copy of the shared database, whether in whole or in part, if doing so would disclose data or information belonging to other clients, or disclose trade secrets, confidential information, or intellectual property rights belonging to Walan Technology or other parties.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the client is entitled to access the data belonging to it that it is entitled to obtain, to the extent that such data can be identified and separated from other clients' data, and without disclosing personal data belonging to another person or infringing on the rights of others, intellectual property, or trade secrets.
Data is provided, whenever legally required and technically feasible, through the formats and export methods provided by the Company or any other appropriate electronic means, without this including the delivery of the shared database or the platform's internal infrastructure or software components.
This does not include any obligation on Walan Technology's part to provide the source code, raw databases, the internal structure of databases or their schemas, internal tables and relationships, internal keys and identifiers, algorithms, operating mechanisms, technical infrastructure, or any other components, tools, or technologies owned by or licensed to the Company.
Nor does providing data that the client is entitled to obtain constitute an obligation on Walan's part to restructure, convert, clean, or align the data to be compatible with software, a system, or a platform owned by a third party or a competitor.
If the client requests the transfer of its data to a system or platform belonging to a third party, Walan may, subject to available technical capabilities and under a separate agreement, provide data extraction, conversion, alignment, or migration services. Such services are independent of the basic subscription fees and are subject to a scope of work, fees, and terms to be agreed upon in writing.
The client's receipt or export of its data shall not be construed as granting it any right to access or copy the shared database, rebuild or replicate the Walan platform or its technical infrastructure or operating mechanisms, or use it to develop a competing product.
Walan Technology may use service providers or technical infrastructure located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which may result in the transfer or availability of certain personal data outside the Kingdom.
In such cases, the Company complies with the requirements and regulatory controls related to transferring personal data outside the Kingdom, including taking appropriate safeguards and measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Company works to minimize the data transferred to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose, and takes appropriate measures to protect the data during transfer and processing.
Walan Technology takes appropriate measures to monitor and address security incidents related to personal data.
In the event of an incident that may lead to the leakage, damage, or unauthorized access to personal data, the Company takes the necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including assessment and notification of competent authorities or data subjects when legally required.
